'Kaizen' - 'Good Change'

Wagamama opened their first restaurant in London’s Bloomsbury in 1992, inspired by fast-paced Japanese ramen bars and a celebration of Asian food. At the heart of wagamama philosophy is ‘Kaizen’ meaning ‘good change’ and it is due to ‘Kaizen’ that wagamama standards are high, ingredients are cooked fresh and served fresh.

How we Helped

With high standards for their own food and service it is only fitting that wagamama would require the same standards from their print partner when it comes to the finished product and customer service.
